Starting at the roadside garden and everyone going by can enjoy, the bulbs are really putting on a nice show. Tahiti Daffodils are large and bright. And there is also the large, fancy Hyacinth. All smell really nice.
The creeping phlox in the lower portion of the driveway garden are starting to turn.
One of the English primroses is in full bloom. I don't know how that marker is still there and readable since I probably planted it 8-9 years ago. Unfortunately these plants are short and small you have to nearly be right there to enjoy them.
In the shade garden, the flowering almond has some pretty buds
In the southern garden, a small mound of creeping phlox is starting to bloom. I found that there last year (or maybe I threw a piece over there and don't remember). It is close to the boarder so I'm hoping eventually it grows big enough to spill over.
It has been cloudy and cool for most of the month so far, so I'm happy to see these bits of brightness in the landscape.
