It's been a while, but the replacement for my porch, and changing the ramp to stairs is almost done. Course it is supposed to rain for several days and they have another job so it may be a bit. That's okay.
Now just have to wait a year before I can stain the wood a darkish blue to finish the look.
They just need a couple of hours to finish the railing caps. Will save a piece in case I want to install below that first step - haven't decided yet whether I want that or not. Have to do some path work before I really make up my mind.
The middle photo nicely shows how your new work blends with your shed. Are the red blossoms on your fence roses?

The blooms are not roses. Those are from the Mandavilla plant that I had last year, then overwintered in the house.
The roses are pretty much done, except for 1 flower from the supposed Peace rose (which I'm pretty sure was marked incorrectly as all flowers have been solid pink). That rose flower is next to the first fence post in from the corner.

We are making history. You have a solid pink Peace and I have a solid yellow Mr Lincoln. My roses are in profusion right now, our having received 0.6" rain a few days ago. I need to trim off the spent blossoms.
