Year 3, with its rain, dark skies and cooler temps seem to be to the liking of the clematis
This one is especially gorgeous
The second clematis is not quite as showy, but I think it will catch up
I'm sure it helps that I put up the oblisks toward the last of last summer, so now they have something to climb.
