The other night I came into the living room from the kitchen, and saw a sight that I need to get a picture of; Missy and Prince laying down, facing the dining room with Tory sitting between them, looking the same way.
I got the camera off the microwave (don't ask me why it is kept there, but there it has resided for several years). and was just in time . . .
. . . to get a shot that looked nothing like what was happening only 10 seconds before. Not a single animal had stayed - in fact Prince had done a lot of moving (standing up, then turning around). Missy had started to get up, and Tory obviously got bored and started to wander off.
Pretty much par for the course around here - getting a good picture is left for flowers and greenhouses.
Bogie--Someone needs to explain "cooperation" to them.
P.S. I mailed the pillows, Monday, and was told the package would probably be delivered to you this coming Monday. The box had been in the back seat of my car for some weeks; but, I could never seem to reach the PO during its open hours. (I had the same problem picking up my monthly prescriptions; but, finally picked them up on the same day. Fortunately, because I may be sent out on assignment, I stock at least 4-5 weeks' supply ahead.)
P.P.S. Pretty rug.

Pillows? Pillows? - Oh yes, the pillows that you showed on your blog - AWESOME!
I wish I could get Tim to stock his allergy meds for a month in advance. He usually waits until he takes the last one before getting a refill. What if there is an ice storm or blizzard that shuts down everyone for several days? He figures he can just skip it - but that is what led to his last admission to the hospital - his allergy / asthma got him so bad that he couldn't breathe.
All I can do is stock OTC Claritin (which is one of his 4 meds) to help keep that at bay - MEN!

We WILL send men to Mars one of these days, and I say that it can't come a moment too soon!
It has been years since your dad has been in for a physical and, longer than that since he's seen a dentist. He does go get his eyes checked every couple of years. OTOH: With his running and weight lifting and his inherited low cholesterol and build, and sticking to a dietary regimen of the four major food groups (fat, salt, suger, and wine), HH is in wonderful physical condition that I envy.

P.S. It just occurred to me that I stuck an old sweater in with the pillows as light-weight packing material. It sheds a lot, and it is not your size; so, you should do whatever. (Ravel it out and knit a pad for the animals?)

The package arrived today. The sweater is a medium (my size) and is pretty. It sheds? I had already hung it in the closet so it may get worn next fall.

I liked the sweater, too - at $4 from Goodwill here in Derby. But...I wore it a couple of times & understood why a new-looking sweater had been given to Goodwill: it shed, and it was too warm for me. (The chenille sheds in the wash, too!) Use/don't use to your own delight. Glad the package is there. I can check it off of my (non-existent) list.
