Nothing to blog about, just letting everyone know we are still alive and kicking.
WS planted corn and peas Monday night, so at least part of the garden actually might grow something. The plants in the greenhouse go chomped by something that like brocoli and cauliflower leaves. Those were eaten all the way to the soil (I had the door open this week to keep from frying the plants. The tomatoes got too cold last weekend when we had frost - I didn't have time to get a heater set up - so they are not real happy looking right now.
We ran the woodstove several times last week and for the last time on Wednesday (since I'm not bringing in more wood). However the temps have swung to the nice side, and we have had the windows open the last couple of nights.
That's all the news we have, so if you need more stuff to read, just click on some of the links to the left and fill up on bloggy goodness.
When you have three paying jobs, it's hard to keep on top of everything at home. I feel for you!
Losing a few plants isn't cause for grief (usually!) but it is disheartening to lose as many plants as you did. That's rough!
Wonderful GrandDaughter is to bring NG1 down to meet your father, this afternoon. We are looking forward to it. (Your dad is to send me to my room if I get too cranky - due to the pain.)
