It Keeps Growing and Growing

While Jim and Karen were here last night, they noticed the big fuzzball in the kitchen:

2nd Snowfall Dec 2009

Yesterday I wrote about the fairly nice weather we have been having. It's still fairly nice for this time of year, MN has just thrown in some snow:

   MN brightens the scenery up

   Beginning of the snow fall.

  It was about 30, so although it snowed from noon until at least 9 last night, this is the amount we need to move this morning (4-5")

When it gets light out, I'll be getting some exercise - without any fancy machines.

Down to 4 Wheels

Sunday was a decent day - no rain with a short stint of sun and in the high 40's. I washed the bike and WS took it up to the storage unit out in the woods. So naturally this week had a couple of days in the 60's. Not that it mattered, it was also rainiy, very windy and insurance madates that the bike be put away (it's covered if something happens to it in storage, but not if it's on the road).

So, we are bikeless at this point. WS's bike will probably be the first one we see next spring since his is in storage at a place that is climate controlled (much better for the chrome and aluminum). Mine probably won't come out until a couple of weeks after that because it will most likely be too muddy and snowy to bring down.

Hopefully we can keep the shiny sides up to our vehicles when the winter snow and sleet hits!
