If you're into continuous education, generally bettering your knowledge in various subjects, and doing it cheaply here is a list for you. I know that one could view lectures from MIT for free, but I didn't realize that there were so many places, and many of them prestigious, that you could do so.
Unforturnately, they don't give you credits, but it still seems like a good way to strain you brain.
Thanks to Granite Grok for the link.
Wow - What a list! Thanks for the info. With the outsourcing of our HR department, I am looking for ways to make sure I am of sustainable value to the companies I represent.

Good luck being of sustainable value!
Our last layoff was to get rid of people that were the highest paid in their departments (group leaders, head engineer etc - well, except for the managers). The only reason I'm left is because I was (note the past tense) the only one in my group and that I don't carry life insurance. At the company meeting after the layoff, the president said the goal of the layoff was to keep as many people as possible (as opposed to the most highly skilled, or those that would do the company the most good).
