We had temps, during the day, in the high 30's to high 40's during the week. Lots of meltage going on. Then yesterday we got a couple of inches of snow. It started raining in the afternoon, melting the snow we got, and the melting continues, so spring may actually make it here at some point in time.

All the peppers have sprouted; the only thing that was started a couple of weeks ago that is still being shy is the delphinium. One delph sprouted yesterday and I am confident that more will come along. I need to start transplanting some of the tomatoes into bigger pots this weekend. I also need to pot up some geranium bulbs that I got at Agway last weekend. Those will go into planters on the deck or patio when the time is right.

Tomorrow night we are going to se REO Speedwagon, Styx and Def Leopard at the Verizon Wireless Arena. We saw Def Leopard last summer, but we'll be happy to see them agian in order to see the other two bands.

Rush and Pearl Jam might be other concerts we go to this summer. Pearl Jam would be down in Mansfield Mass. - not really where we want to go, but if the ticket prices are reasonable (and they aren't already sold out), we just might make it there.
