We are supposed to have a bit of a thaw this week. That would be a good thing since the snow is piled so high there is almost no where to go with it. In fact, the dogs could walk out of the fence area if they want to (the chain link fence in the pic is 5 feet high).
Fortunately, Prince doesn't like to break thru the snow, and Missy doesn't care enough to go over - she just likes to watch me as I trek back and forth from the wood shed to the woodrack on the deck. And yes, WS has cleared off the roofs to the sheds recently.
Thursday and Friday I finally pulled out the winter jacket; Thurs. morning was -1 and Fri. was at -6. Yesterday morning I was back to my lined jacket as the temps were back up in the teens. They are projecting temps to hit about 50 on Wednesday. Buty I will believe it when I see it. However, any temps above 32 will help get rid of some of the snow so we have room for the next batch.
It was SUMMER here, this week! It must be coming your way.

We had a couple of warm days - or so they tell me. I was working so late I never saw anything but 30's and 40's (in the early morning and late evening) - but a lot of the snow melted, so it must be true.
