Hmmm, this looks interesting. Maybe I'll try it for some winterberries I have in the freezer. I also have snapdragon and other seed mentioned in my fridge. Only problem is that we just took the recyclables to the transfer station yesterday. Guess I'll have to look around and see what I can find - I have plenty of pots that have their own drainage holes, maybe I could cover them with plastic. Maybe I could even try starting a planter that way.
Read the first couple of chapters of my textbook or try winter sowing - hmmm, decisions, decisions, decisions!

OK, Love, I'll give it a try. What's the worst that can happen? Looks like something that even I can manage to do correctly. Thank you!

It works, ladies, but you have to be really careful to vent the covers properly or you'll bake the seedlings when it warms up. I was really excited with the crop I started, and I forgot to vent them just one afternoon. :-(

Buffy - Right now I don't think I have to worry about that - high for yesterday was 16 in Nashua (south of us); it was 9 when I got home.
