As of around 3 PM on Sunday, it has been the snowiest October on record for Mount Washington. We still have the Nor'easter to get thru, so the snow ain't done yet up there.
Meanwhile, the lower portions of the state have seen the most rainfall on record for October. Here at the Bogie House, we have seen at least 15" of rain (just from what I can remember - and I haven't looked at the rain gage from last night). We normally get just over 3" and the previous record was between 8 and 9 inches.
Still glad it's not snow though!
We've had heavy frost the last two mornings, but I didn't bother measuring it. You surely have an abundance of moisture. We'll see how you do as Wilma provides her last dump!

Not bad for an all day rain - only 2 1/2" when I got home. It's been raining (and sleeting) since then, so we've gotten at least another 1-2 inches.
The roads were slushy on my road and the last 300 feet of Rt149 that I travel when I got home last night. The deck is slushy this morning so it will probably be a little slick on the roads this morning.
