Saw an ad on TV the other night for C*caC*la Zero. I was trying to figure out what it was (besides, ya know, the real thing). At the end of the commercial, their tag line showed on the screen and I saw
"Taste NOTHING"
I started thinking to myself that I wasn't sure why people would buy a drink item that they couldn't taste.
Then I realized the tag line actually read
"Taste + NOTHING"
I believe they should re-think their stratagy - there are a whole lot of people out there with worse eyesight than mine that probably still think it said
"Taste NOTHING"
Isn't there already a drink like that....called 'water'? Hehe.

Wouldn't be nice if we could see + nothing? A little less smog and discarded cigarette butts and beer/soda/food containers/wrappers would be nice.

Rita - that was kind of what I was thinking. Of course there are plenty of people that buy water buy the trunk load . . .

I bet this could be the "SECOND" go around of the fiasco created by the "New C*ke" from years past. I think P*ps* made out like bandits on that one.
Still...ya gotta admit, truth in advertising.
Pay a lot; Taste NOTHING.
