The cherry trees were bloomed about 30 miles south of here yesterday. Made me antsy too....to get my Zyrtec refilled. lol

We had high 60s here, yesterday, if not 70s. I struggled to finish my 5-mile walk (due to overheating!) It didn't help that some jerk in a stake truck came up behind me on one of the dirt roads that I walked and, just 100 feet before reaching my location (I moved over into the ditch, notwithstanding that he was supposed to be using the other side of the road from me), he hit the accelerater so that he could throw maximum dust up at me. Then, just a short distance up the road, at a crook in the road, some of the limbs that he was hauling to the city's pickup point fell off of his truck! I waited for the dust to subside before moving on, then hauled the limbs over to the side of the road. What would Wichi Dude say? ALL together, now: Jerks happen.

Obviously, Bogie, I was going around our block instead of taking my normal routes that are totally paved. The wind (what there was of it) was from the west and I want to have the wind in my face during the last 1/2 of my walk, if possible--to help me cool down.

I hate childish people like that. I'm sure you were suitably impressed with his display (maybe it was his way of flirting?).

It must be horrible to have the coolant system problems that you have!

My coolant system works a lot better now than it did 43 years ago!
