It seems that the Weekend Pundit and his Fiancee have been looking for a new Manse forever. They have finally found one that fits the requirements and it sounds quite nice. Congrats!

Thanks, Bogie! While I will miss the old Manse (or rather, its location) it is far too dangerous and too expensive to remain there. At least I'll be able to retain the boat slip there until I can find one closer to the new Manse...something that will take a while as slips are scarce.
