Heard a strange sound this morning; a slight gurgeling sound coming from the heater room. Damn, the heat is going on upstairs (forced hot water - hence the gurgel). The thermostat is set at 62. This is not a good thing! Unless you are coming from out of state to look at the foliage, then that signals great timing!
So, tell us. Is it broken?? Or is it COLD enough for the heat to come on??
Or is it getting ready for Cop Car and HH?

No breakage. Once the heat kicks on, that signals that it isn't getting warm enough for long enough in the day to keep the house warm thru the night (actually we've had a couple of days that it never got above 60).
That also means that it is cool enough, long enoug to signal the trees to get ready to drop leaves. Very good news for CC and HH - the North country has been at peak the last couple of days
