I am on the computer way too much (not that you can tell by my lack of posting . . . ). Bear with me for a minute:
WS has two brands of socks; Wilson and Champs. I rotate which ones I buy because it is easier to sort them that way; Wilsons have a big W sown into the fabric and Champs don't have anything. So, when I sort socks, I first sort for 'W's: and "non-W's" before doing any further sorting (cuff size, length of sock etc).
Last night I caught myself saying 'Word" and "not Word" as I was sorting them - pretty sad!
Entirely too much time!

The way I burn up socks, I used to "mark" matching pairs to match them up. They ALL look the same after a while.
But with the way steel-toed shoes and my feet get along, I don't have to worry about it anymore, one wearing and they are toast. I cut right through the big toe area of each sock after one wear.

Ya know.....even if we are family now....maybe that was a little bit more than I wanted to hear....

WS gets two wearings out of his socks since he wears tube socks, he can just turn them over so the hole is at the bottom instead of over his toe. Actually, he gets about two months wear out of socks because he will wear them until the whole is about quarter-sized.
Buffy, Buffy, Buffy - this is mild stuff. What are you going to do when the novelty wears off (for us) and we treat you like you've been in the family for years?
