Manchester will be the home of a new Double-A baseball team next spring. The name and logo were released last night.
If you read the article, I'm one of those that had a "Knee jerk reaction." Lord, what an awfull name (and then there is the logo - I guess they'll have to have two mascots; a donkey and an elephant). I I have a feeling this team will flop fairly quickly - and they'll blame New Hampshire for not being a "sports" state (despite the fact that the Monarchs have broken all records for attendance to games, the UNH Wildcats never want for fans, even the Nashua Pride baseball team has a good fan base).
No one will want a bumper sticker for this team because it will feature the "other" party. Who wants to try to shout out their name in a cheer? I just can't believe the only names even considered for the team were all related to politics. This is not a good beginning for the team!
Ah-yuh, that is stupid. Besides, if you look quickly at the logo, it looks like both have bottles in their hands and are drinking. Might be some truth there.

Oh my, there is that illusion isn't there? Or, as you imply, maybe it isn't an illusion.
